Only Upper body sauna
It has a lovely red stain on the outside but the inside is pure wood. I had to place it on top of plywood to keep the carpet from getting too warm. The food heater is nice, but the leg heater operates about 10% as hot as the body panels, so your legs will not do any sweating. It's too small to position yourself with your legs up so this is not a good design if your goal is to detox your legs. The heat rises so the leg area never gets warm enough to cause sweat. I really appreciate how easy it was to set up, so I might buy a replacement panel for the legs.
