Instructions
Insert the power cord into a 120-volt AC outlet. To activate the shiatsu massage action, press the shiatsu (S) button once. To activate vibration massage, press the vibration (V) button once (Fig. 1). 2. Pressing both the shiatsu and vibration buttons once will activate the shiatsu and vibration combined. To activate the soothing heat with the shiatsu massage, press the heat button. Massage heads will glow red (Fig. 2). Allow a few moments for the heating action to warm up. When finished, press the shiatsu, vibration or both buttons to power the unit off. NOTE: For more intense massage, place hands in the comfort grip handles and gently pull forward (Fig. 3). NOTE: Heat can only be used with the shiatsu massage or the shiatsu and vibration combined massage.

this is so good a little rough at first to with stand but so relaxed afterwards. i have a part of my spinal cord pinched in my neck and i hurt a lot from the issue and having spinal stenosis throughout my back. i don't qualify for surgery due to the locate of my arteries in my neck so i am stuck with my pain all day and night. this has helped me a great deal.
