Return at your own expense plus restock fee 10-50%
Before you place your order with this seller, please make sure your wall beams as wide as 36 in (irregular interval, usual 16 in apart) to hold your shower bench correctly. If you receive the order found it is not fit, you will be ask to ship back at your own expense plus 10-50% restock fee, whichever the seller see fit. I know I know, me either- unheard of. I guess that is why this is a heavy discount item. In addition, no refund for the handyman service you paid for because handyman did show up but couldn't do anything with $69 installation fee.
