Nice little house

This item is exactly as described. Assembly is fairly easy; finishing the roof was the most challenging, it just takes patience. My dog fits nicely inside, she weighs about 40 lbs. It is sturdy, and easy to clean with a water hose. The only issue is chewing. My dog gnawed on the house some -it hasn't hurt it. But if your dog is a destructive chewer it could cause significant damage.

Held up to cold in Nov-Jan so far. Very rain proof and we don't have it under a porch roof. Put a blanket down for the stray cats that live in my neighbors/my yard. The blanket stayed completely dry in a weekend long downpour. I did decide to throw an extra tarp on it to keep the plastic better preserved thru winter. It's big inside; 4 cats could snuggle in there only they liked each other! Lol
