Holyland Shmura Matzo, 16 oz, is a handmade matzo that is kosher for Passover and used during the Seder meal on the first two nights of Passover as a symbol of haste with which the Israelis left Egypt, as they did not have time for their bread to rise. Once the matzo is baked and inspected for any irregularities, its hand packed to maintain its integrity.
