these patties are very good. I do mine in the air fryer for 4 minutes on each side then I turn it for the second time and add one more minute. they are perfect they are not dried out. yes they shrink in size but it still fits perfectly on a hamburger bun and I use ballpark buns...

I don't know why these taste so yummy… they're just 100% beef burgers, nothing fancy or weird or anything. But holy cow (no pun intended!), these discs of ground beef are amazingly delicious. Sure, I season them and I admit to being a skilled cook, but that just seems to enhance an already tasty burger. I could seriously eat them every day.
