Warranty information
This above ground pool is backed by a 20-year prorated limited warranty covering the wall and frame components. For the first two years, defective parts due to material or workmanship issues will be repaired or replaced free of charge. From years 3-20, replacement parts will be provided at a prorated cost based on the manufacturer’s suggested retail price. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and requires proof of purchase. It does not cover damage caused by saltwater systems, improper installation, ice damage, neglect, or unauthorized modifications. Customers must follow all care and maintenance guidelines to maintain coverage. For warranty claims, contact customer service at 718-887-9899 or email sales@afula-inc.com.
