Great Taste
This is my first boitin supplement that I have tried, and I was happy with the taste and the ease at which I was able to get a serving. As far as effectiveness, I felt a little more alert throughout the day (not sure if that was the intended purpose or not), which was a welcomed change.

I tried hims & hers Biotin Gummies and loved the flavor. I haven't tried biotin gummies before but really liked the texture and flavor. I also noticed an improvement in my skin hair and nails after a few weeks of use. I would definitely buy and recommend hims & hers Biotin Gummies.
