I keep ordering this again and again as it is so effective. My husband uses the neti pot on a regular basis, and I use it when needed. My husband adds a drop of tea tree oil to the water, and my natural doctor said to use a pinch of baking soda for the PH level. Works great, and I highly recommend it. I've also heard that using a small amount of hydrogen peroxide to the pot will help clean out the sinuses, and my husband has been doing that lately as well as the above.
