I really like this product

The best ashwaganda I've bought and I've been using ashwaganda since many years. Great that it comes with a scoop, so I'm sure I'm getting the right dose. I take ashwaganda for a number of reasons and I feel all my needs are being met. I will only buy this brand from now on

Added to ground herbal fungi to make a nootropic capsule

it's a lovely quality, doesn't have a bad smell, I expected almost a musty earth smell and taste but it wasn't it is pleasant. I haven't noticed any effects yet but it's only been a week. I am taking this for mood and stress stabilization as well for the stomach/digestive benefit. I have combined it with other adaptogens to create a nootropic and immunotherapy type capsule. I will take for 8 weeks and then take begin again in 3 months.
