Himalaya makes great products at reasonable prices. The taste and the softness of this gummy makes it one of the best I've ever used. Would recommend if you don't use a higher milligram of Ashwagandha. I use it mostly in the evenings and at bedtime, I use a lower dose and adjust it when I need a little more. It works very well for me. Would recommend.
