I've been a fan of hilshire forever

sometime ago, hilshire changed their sausage skins, or at least I believe so. sausages should have a "snap" to it when bitten, hilshire had that, then sometime ago it just didn't have that nice "snap" the meat is still awesome, nice mix, texture and definitely great taste
