This brand is better than Amour, all the way around. The taste and texture are great for any use, including sliced with cheese, there's not this fatty oil slick kinda thing going on with your hands after touching it. Eating it is the same, you taste the sausage and not all this filler fat. You should be able to eat this and not be grossed out! This food won't make you sick from smell touch or taste.

Every year we get a meat and cheese box to transition from the Fall holidays to the Christmas holidays. This year with increase prices I made our own box. I found this and couldn't believe my eyes. The price for this summer sausage is amazing!! I was able to make our own meat and cheese box for $10 cheaper! I have to say when the delivery came and I pulled this 20 oz. Sausage log out of the bag, I lost it. I turned so immature for a few minutes. 🤣 😂 okay...back to business. This was a fresh summer sausage roll. 😋 I would gladly buy this one again. The beef one was a couple of dollars more but lower in sodium! I can always trust HF to come through! Perfect paired with a cheeseball and Great Value round buttery crackers. I was able to have this 20oz sausage, 1lb gv pepper jack cheese, 1 lb gv sharp cheddar, 1 cheddar cheese ball (don't remember the brand but bought at WM), and gv round crackers for less than $20. You can not get that amount of food for that price in a meat and cheese box.
