Funny story, as a female semi driver %26 single mom, I guess my guys thought I couldn't cook lol. We had a X-Mas Party at the yard, everybody brought something. I all colored peppers, sweet onions, plum tomatoes %26 both sausages polska %26 kalbasa some accent spike garlic powder onion powder cover bake an hour 375 then uncover broil about 15 mins or torch it to brown the top a little. All the guys asked me who I had cater that pan😲🙄😎I said I ain't telling. I waited till the end of the night to hand out such a simple recipe lol True Story Honest to God... It was similar to a bar snack hand-out during after work drinks one night during happy hour, that I hardly attended... Go Figure!

I bought this searching for a flavor and it wasn't what i was looking for, instead i was blown away!!! This packs a punch in all of the right ways. It's cajun but in the right way. It's not an overwhelming flavor of the cajun seasoning spice, its done right. It's salty, it's sweet, it's mellow, it's powerful, it tastes great cold or cooked. It has the garlic, onion, pepper. . . It's an adventure that you want to add your own flavors to because it's going to enhance your melodies right to flavor town, whatever you mix this with. It's hard to not eat it all before the dish is done. I love this! Don't sleep on adding this one to your grocery list.
