Sound isn't bad or good. I liked the classic metal grills that were included that all speakers used to have in the 80s-90s. The 4x6 I had to replace were more powerful, but I wasn't interested in tearing the interior out my truck to replace them so i had to get creative with these in a box. These are decent speakers. They aren't going to bump bass or sound superior as others mentioned without hooking up to a compatible amp, so lets stop the false advertisement! Are they worth the money.....yes. Are they better than others.....no. I'd recommend if looking for a cheap option upgrade. To truly hear what these can do, you will need an amp!
