Hestan 36-inch Built-in Natural Gas Grill W/ Sear Burner & Rotisserie

Bought this grill last summer and have been very happy with it. The construction, engineering, material quality is top notch. Love the lighting and the grates. Such a joy to grill on it. Compared to other grills, I've found that flare ups may be something that needs a little more managing but its certainly not something that hampers the experience like some of the other reviews. Not sure what they're grilling but the reviews may be a bit overstated to say the least. Can't wait for the upcoming grill season on my Hestan

I love everything about my Hestan 36 inch built-in gas grill. The amount of heat and power of this grill is incredible, but the trellis burners can also be turned way down for a long, slow cook. I have grilled steaks, burgers, pork loin, chicken, and kabobs. The IR burner makes delicious steaks and burgers in short time. Pork loin is something I would not have attempted on my old propane grill because it did not cook evenly and it did not adjust sufficiently low, but with the Hestan I was able to slow cook the pork loin on medium low setting across two trellis burners. I have used the rotisserie for prime rib and chicken with great results. There are so many thoughtful and convenient features engineered into this grill: Perfectly balanced spring-assisted lid, diamond cut stainless grates, easy ignition, automatic on/off lights, even cooking, and IR rotisserie burner on top will heat the meat but not the chef. The flip-and-clean grates and radiant trays is a very convenient and useful feature. I also purchased the stainless insulated jacket which is made well and fits well. The grill is super heavy but two strong people can lift it into place. This grill is unbelievable.  I had no idea what I had been missing all these years.  The meat tastes amazing and it is so much easier to cook a steak or a burger on it.  The serious heat and fast startup, control, even heat, IR searing burner, rotisserie, ... I love it.
