Bought this and was very sceptacle about how affective it would be in my garage in this summer heat. Standing there clueless and NT Aasociate noticed my confusion and came to help me. Within 5 minutes inunderood and made my purchase. If that gentleman wouldn't have came to me and offered assistance, I wouldve ended up just dealing with the heat of uncertainty. All in all, great product, but most of all excellent customer service. Bravo.

Great evaporator cooler

Bought this to replace one that motor went out on (different brand), I could be more happier with the way it has performed in my shop. Nice water capacity in its holding tank so you don't have to hook a hose up to it. But remember it's an evaporator cooler not an air conditioner and there are lot of differences. Very happy so far and would purchase this item again.
