For jarred queso this was pretty good. I like to make chicken and rice then drizzle this over it. I would buy it again, but homemade is obviously better.

This Herdez Queso Blanco is delicious. I not only use it as a dip, I also use it to cook with. For a quick meal, I mix the queso with rotisserie pulled chicken , rice, and peppers. I put it in the air fryer for a few minutes. Voila!! A 4 ingredient dinner in s matter of minutes. I serve it with tortilla chips and a dollop of sour cream.

SO MUCH BETTER than the popular, more expensive brand. Also better than generic. This is rich and tasty, without the weird aftertaste. Works great on nachos and for cheese sauce recipe cooking.
