Wonderful in pregnancy

Used at end of pregnancy to calm down overactive Braxton Hicks and seemed to work well! Not super heavy taste and easy on the tummy too.

I just had it and added on my drinks. Good quality, would be better if they offer cream of wild yam.will order again.Ingredient is good as well.
