Not only do I ingest this super food, but my two canaries also benefit from the nutritional value as well. I have noticed that their feathers are full and shiny, and their overall health an improvement. I mix mine with nearly everything cold or cooked (yogurt, homemade pancakes, etc.), and for my feather babies, they get theirs mixed into their variety seed.

The size is great for the process and has already referred this item with many others to purchase on Walmart. You can add these in smoothies to boost nutrients to add extra nutrients. I make Hemp milk with it and it blends find when using hot water to make it creamy. I have not added these seeds in soil ...hmmm. I just have to try that. I constantly buy this often.
