I ordered these treasure boxes knowing that they were small. I was a little nervous about how small o but they looked like what I was hoping to find and the price was really low. What a pleasant surprise to get these two gems! They're solid wood, sturdy and have lots of attractive embellishments. Yes they are small but not too small. Big enough to be functional and have enough space on the body to decorate , paint or stain them to suit your taste. I love them and I highly recommend them. (If they make a bigger size the same way I will purchase those too)!

This little unpainted pirate's chest was exactly what was advertised, was what I wanted, was a very good price and is well made. It could easily be painted, stained and refinished, covered in cloth or metal or left exactly as it is which is what I'm doing. The latch works well. We'll see what damage a 5-year old boy can inflict.
