I especially like this set because the knives are all one piece. There are no seams for germs or bacteria to collect. They do need to be washed and dried right after use, you can't let them sit in your sink. But I don't mind that, it's worth it. They are easy to clean and very sharp. We'll see how they do overtime, I've only had them a couple of months, but I really like them a lot.
