Do not order from Olgvan !

I ordered "Heartland, Seasons 1-16" (DVD's) from Olgvan. These DVD's are defective, they skip, hesitate, and some won't play at all. I have tried everything to get them to play: cleaning the DVD player and even trying to play them on several different DVD players. This company refuses to send a pick-up tag to return them. These were ordered through Walmart, who apparently does not vet their sellers at all. These sellers pay rent to Walmart, so it is strictly a money maker for them, not caring about the customers who order through their website, not knowing they cannot be trusted. They should be ashamed !! The address and telephone number for Olgvan, Inc. seems to be bogus. I have been unable to get in touch with them. DO NOT ORDER FROM OLGVAN !!! These DVD's are defective !!
