I just tried a "pinch" of this as a sample right out of the bag just now. It is sharp and full of flavor! Although this is a new product to me, I think it is wonderful and has a long list of great things about it as the package states. I'm looking forward to using this in a wide variety of cooking applications and really like the convenience factor for this to keep it on hand. It could be incorporated for new and existing food categories at the state fair perhaps. . . Made in the USA!!!
