Instructions
• Apply Magnesium Oil directly to the skin or spray on and rub into the skin. Avoid cuts or open skin and tender skin near eyes and genitals. A warm, tingling sensation is normal. • May be applied directly to the bottoms of the feet or to areas of discomfort. • May be used as a foot soak by adding 1 to 3 ounces of Magnesium Oil to warm water and soaking feet for 20-30 minutes. • For a relaxing bath, add 2 to 4 ounces of Magnesium Oil to warm bath water and soak for 20 to 30 minutes. • Add a few drops to your toothbrush and then brush teeth. For even better results, add a pinch of Health and Wisdom Magnesium Snow along with Magnesium Oil while brushing for healthier gums and a fresh, clean feeling mouth. • Do not use if experiencing kidney failure. • Keep out of the reach of children.

Pure Heaven - Daily Rescue for my life!
This oil is the purest I have found and so great after a shower. I use it on my knees, neck, wrist, and ankles. It really relieves swelling after a good workout or is great for a foot soak after being on my feet all day. I like this company's crystals to put in the bath, too!
