My girls loved this product !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was our first hatchimals product but my girls knew exactly what to do when we opened the carton as they had seen videos before. To get the eggs to crack, you just need to rub the heart on the egg to get it to turn from purple to pink. It was pretty quick process and we only had to rub each egg 20 seconds or so to get it ready to crack. Then you push your thumb just above the heart and the egg cracks. You have to break off some of the egg to get the animals out. The animals themselves are pretty cute and it was great that we got 12 different animals. And you can use the egg carton as storage after for the hatchimals which I love. Overall we think it was a fun toy and my girls already asked to get another one.
