Awesome! The local accessories store sell these decorated for 20 to 30 dollars and I knew I could easily do them myself as I wear these in my hats. Some reviews mentioned that they were rather thin, but that is to keep your hats from getting huge big pin holes and so I like them. You just have to insert them into the hat gently. When decorating you need to start with a bead that has a very small hole, remove the clutch, insert the bead until the head. After that first bead, the other beads can have bigger holes. When done beading - I inserted a combined 5 beads and two crystals - I glued the last bead into place so that everything holds. I also decorated one in more casual manner with dainty pompoms. I liked that when placing on the hat I could split the row of pompoms; Insert the pin onto the hat with only lets say three pompoms, then add to the other end three pompoms before closing with the clutch; so it is a pin with decor on both ends.
