Just buy this for your skin. It will thank you!!! It islisted as a toner, but it is really something different. It is not as thick as a serum, but the viscosity is thicker than a western toner. You definitely do not need to use cotton balls or the like to apply this. Just a few drops into your palm and pat onto your face. Your skin will soak it up and you will wonder how your skin was as dehydrated as it was. Dry, oily, combination or sensitive this will hydrate the skin on your face. I would also put any leftover onto the back of your hands.

Very lightweight - like water! Has a very light scent to it smells nice and fresh. VERY hydrating it makes my face feel so soft and I get so excited when I put this on because I know my skin will be taken care of at night. I only use this at night because if you use it too much, your skin will get sensitivity to the hyaluronic acid. This evened out my skin tone and my overall skin is much better. Obviously, consistency is key! You won't notice differences overnight, you slowly notice your skin gets better after consistent use. It is non-irritating, i literally put this all over my face including my eyelids and it does not burn or irritate my eyes and mouth area. I am buying a bottle for my bf because it is such a nice toner.
