Hartz UltraGuard Topical Flea and Tick Prevention Treatment for Cats & Kittens, 3 Treatments

This product works okay for protecting my outdoor cats from fleas. They still get an occasional tick, so I like to brush them or pet them every day to check. It's a little hard for my old fingers to get the cap off and punch the hole in the top. I need to open it up ahead of time and then put the cap back on until I'm ready to apply it; have to carry it upright so it won't leak. It's a little smelly, so some of the cats can tell that I'm carrying an open one and they sometimes run off. I then look for another cat that is due for their treatment. It's hard to get all of these meds on a cats skin; some always ends up on their fur. I've tried to spread the fur with my fingers then squeezing the tube, but they don't usually stand still; some cats are ticklish on the back of their neck.

This product was a good product and it was a great value for your money. The only issue I really had with the product is that it was extremely runny which made my cat want to lick it when she would get it on her paws If cost is an issue when it comes to paying high dollar for other fkee and tick medication i would certainly recommend this product . I might also add that the product worked as good as any other product .
