HarperIman Dolls - They Understood the Assignment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This doll is positively amazing! It's important to me that my daughter sees herself represented in different aspects of life. Toys are no different. Being able to play and see yourself in the worlds you create with your imagination is important! Growing up in the 90s there weren't many options available that represented those of us with brown skin and the options that were available didn't truly represent our culture or even hair textures. This Imani doll encompasses the essence of my little one and it makes me so happy that HarperIman was able to create this. Not only is this doll lovely, but the brand's dolls come in a variety of 4 skin tone shades intended to aid in promoting a positive self-image in our children. How can you not love a product that comes from a company with that as their mission?! These dolls are getting on my short-list of gift ideas for birthdays and the holiday season!

Perfect for my little girl

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been a battle over the years finding dolls of color especially ones that aren't too far fetch in what we really look like. When I found these I fell in love with dolls. They're sooooooo cute and they don't make us feel like they rushed the job to get them done. My daughter loves the back story for her doll since she can relate. It's just overall an amazing doll

My Daughter Loves This!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter was so excited to open this and check her out. She intied and took off her shoes right away. I love that it's plush to guarantee when she is sleeping that it doesn't harm her in any way. We also love that the doll had darker skin than the average store doll. This helps our daughter be more culturally aware at an early age.
