A Good herbal tea
I love this tea. It's very comforting with its aroma and it helps a little with pain or swelling when I don't want to take Tylenol or ibuprofen since cinnamon is a blood thinner like ibuprofen but a bit safer to use for me. I make mine with some honey to taste and it's great.

So far I have lost 20 pounds drinking this tea! I refuse to drink fake sugar and I love sweet drinks. Somehow this tastes sweet with nothing added. I assume it is the added spices. Do not get the one in large quantity box. Get the tins!!! The box is not the same.
