AVOID AT ALL COST

Tire developed issues that according to Walmart was covered under warranty (bubble on sidewall after only 12k miles). I purchased another tire since it was a hazard to drive on it instead of taking my chances. Walmart is saying the warranty reimbursement is Hankooks issue and Hankook is saying Walmart never filled out the warranty paperwork. I will NEVER use Walmart auto service again. I'm having to eat the cost of this tire even though I was told by Walmart it was covered. This is absolutely discussing business practice and no one has answers. Instead, they are pointing fingers back and forth at each other.
