Tire shows white letters Received black wall

The tire advertised is white lettering, which is priced more than the black wall tire. That's the tire I ordered, but I received the lesser expensive black wall tire. I immediately contacted Walmart, explain the mixup %26 they promptly credited me for the difference. Even though the tire doesn't match my other 3 white letter tires, it's a good quality tire

happy customer experience

great freshly produced tires(love odor of new rubber) with great comfortable ride but for a korean brand i felt could have been few bucks less. though, they were the cheapest amongst major brands. all in all very satisfied %26 expect many years %26 miles ahead

Hope you have a few minutes

Hope you have a few minutes... Maybe your getting your tire's installed?! Kind of a joke to jump through hoops of ordering online just to spend 4 hours to get installed. Ordered online Thu, Jan 22, 2026 due to store not having any 195/75R14 tires in stock and while ordering also scheduled installation for Mon, Jan 26 at 8am. Got email Thu, Jan 22, 2026 at 7:48 pm showing "Unfortunately it's taking longer than expected to get the items needed for your service appointment." Followed by another email Friday showing: " You can pick them up from your Auto Care Center today, Fri, Jan 23. Need your tires installed? Schedule an appointment with our certified technicians." Didn't I already do that? So scheduled installation again. Your service appointment is scheduled for Mon, Jan 26 at 8am at the Auto Care Center. Went to appointment at 8am, got signed in (1st one there) was told it would be ready in about an hour. So I went shopping. Went back to Auto Center about 9:30am only to find out that the Auto Tech took a walk-in customer's vehicle before doing mine... BUT it's in the shop now... So while waiting I purchased a new battery for my truck which came w/ free installation. After another 45 mins - 1 hour I asked how much longer? Was answered with "He's getting ready to put the battery in now.". What? Why so long? The tech explained that a new service order had to be written for the battery. Had I known that, I would have just put the battery in myself at home. But okay I'm in this far, just wait a little more. Finally, work on truck is finished at 12:15pm so I headed home to put groceries away. Truck felt/sounded good with 4 new tires and started up easily during the cold (12 degrees), I was a little disgruntled but happy at the same time! Got home, put away groceries, ate and received phone call from an 81 yr. old Vet that I help out, his TV couldn't find signal. So went to his place and got it fixed, truck doing great. Came back home for a while and went to leave but the truck just clicked... Wouldn't start. Opened the hood and seen that shiny new battery with a broken/loose positive terminal connector. It's one of those thin 2 metal band connectors, I'd already bought a new connector because it wouldn't tighten completely. Managed to rig it enough to make connection and get the truck started, too cold out to change terminal now. Guess he couldn't tighten it and rigged it also? Will mention it when I bring the battery core to them and get a 50 mile re-torque. Personally I don't expect anything but it doesn't hurt to let them know what happened. They wanted a review of my tire experience, there it is. Hope you enjoyed reading!
