Overpriced for Quality

I purchased two of these feeders, paying about $11 each because the design looked a little bit better than a sturdy $7 feeder Walmart was selling (there is more space between the perch and feeder holes on these units. The birds have to stand sideways on the Walmart feeder.) It was a mistake. The units look cute, but I will be exceedingly surprised if they survive the winter. The feeder is made of extremely thin and very brittle plastic. Particularly the lid and perch (colored pieces.) The cover hinge and tab was broken on one unit upon arrival and I'm pretty sure the other unit cover is going to break rather quickly. It's small, even after expanding the center hopper. The two center pieces twist easily while trying to fill or hang it, which allows the tabs to misalign, and the hopper collapses again. It's not going to be easy to use. If I hadn't paid $11 for the units and had paid more like $6, it would be less irritating, but the poor value for the money is probably going to force a return. They should sell these things 2 for $12 and clear them from their inventory.
