Not Happy with product arrived damaged!

Item arrived damaged. The inside glass was not protected. I am almost certain all glass items that is shipped unprotected will break. Hello! At this point, I don't trust Walmart or Modway, with any shipments I purchase because of this item that I received damaged. On top of that you want me to return this item and can't communicate with nobody to try resolve this purchase. In addition Modway has this as an Amazon purchase. This item was purchased through Walmart not Amazon. Modway get your records straight. I am tax exempt and you still had me paid tax. Nothing went right with this purchase.
