This item looks nothing like the picture. It is so much smaller than depicted. The description says 19.5 inches - I guess if you really stretch out the ribbon it could be, but the pictures are beyond deceiving. The ribbon ends were not sealed and are fraying. They are not starched or supported in any way, so the just glop over. It's more of the plastic mesh than ribbon and there are 4 baubles only. Very disappointing as we are moving and all my decorations are packed and in transit. I thought it would be nice to have one item of decor to enjoy. I will be returning this.

packaging was a bag and was also stuffed in the mail box. Not at all the size that was advertised. Looks nothing like the one pictured. Ribbon work alone was already fraying, put together upsidedown, also crushed due to packaging. Do not buy unless you want a project to fix.
