I've been using these fiber gummies for a few weeks, wanting to give them a pretty good shot before writing a review. Overall, thumbs up to the gummies. They have 2.5g carbs, a little sugar, 7.5 calories, and 5% of daily RDA for fiber per gummy. So the "serving size" is 2 gummies. There's also minimal salt to help their flavor. There's no gluten and no gelatin for the animal lovers out there who are concerned about the use of gelatin in their food. As far as the taste, there are pictures of citrus fruit, strawberries, blueberries on the front of the label. I'd say this is a pretty accurate picture because the flavor is indeterminate. It's not off-putting. But I really don't know what flavor this is supposed to be - maybe some sort of citrus fruit mix. The gummies themselves are normal gummy size. But they're pretty sticky, noticeably stickier than a normal gummy. It's probably due to the binder used instead of gelatin. If you are going to be eating gummies or give your kid a gummy treat, these are likelier a healthy alternative. I don't really think these are going to have any noticeable impact on fiber intake per day though. The normal fiber I'd take is psyllium husk mixed with 8 oz of water. That's noticeable. 10g of fiber is mostly background noise. But I suppose if you're going to eat gummies anyway and the price difference doesn't matter, get these and give them a shot. I eat 1 or 2 a day as a treat on my diet.

these fiber gummies work really well for me.I have always been plagued with constipation but after I started taking these daily,I have less issues.the gummies taste great and are easy to chew.there is no nasty after taste either.I did not experience any bloat,gas or abdominal discomfort.just pure relief.I did not have any side effects either.I have always been terrible at taking pills and I hate powders.since using these Shifaa gummies my body thanks me.I feel so much better.overall,I reccommend these gummies,they really work.nothing is more important to me than keeping my body working at its best.
