I bought this for my 7 year old it fits him very well , with that said it was definitely stress tested adults have ridden it with no issues other then looking funny on such a small bike it is a 4 stroke engine that runs great it starts 1st or 2nd pull every time I'd estimate it does around 15 mph at top speed the kids have been riding it for hours at a time it still runs strong we did adjust the handle bars to better fit my kids easy to do would highly recommend.
