works right if you use it right just remember thin thin layer of peanut butter on the black flap under neath the yellow thing that the arrow is on top of the peanut butter needs to go directly under that on the black flap at the verry edge then you will catch mice,....(i added water with dish soap to my bucket) and i dont hear no struggle just the dive in thats it...))works better then the twist it trap cause the mice dont know they gonna get traped into bucket until dunk..they reach for the peanut butter and before they get to peanut butter their inside bucket....also if you dont do dish soap water then drive them away from your home or they will come right back...((5 pound bucket buy from lowes to go with this lid)) lowes sells this lid for $20 so this seller price is a great value....((alot better then the cruel traps that smash their head or neck down to a board and some dont die and hollering like that ..((.the bucket is best with the lid))
