Featuring a 1-piece variable flow plunger and a large cushion-type seal, this hydrant ensures a positive shut-off even when foreign particles are present. The automatic drain feature helps prevent freezing by opening the drain when the plunger is closed, while also conserving water at any flow. The tamper-proof lock allows you to secure the hydrant in the closed position with a padlock or bolt for added safety. This frost proof yard hydrant is constructed with a 1 in. galvanized steel pipe casing and a 3/4 in. NPT inlet, making it suitable for heavy-duty use in gardens, farms, and yards. The brass nozzle with 3/4 in. male hose thread provides easy hose attachment. Not for use in California, Louisiana, Maryland, or Vermont.
