Avoid using In tri-chlor feeder

I tried to use this in a Tri-Chlor feeder thinking it was just another tablet...wrong! Perhaps I should have know that but it was a disaster. Eventually, these tablets clogged my Pentair unit completely leaving a mushy residue inside. I managed to clean it out with effort. So, this might be a great product used some other way but not in my system. To be fair, the container says to use the product in a Cal Hypo feeder but I only noticed that after the fact and those feeders are 3-4 times more expensive. So I continue on my quest to find a convient, CYA free approach.

Because these tablets are calcium hypochlorite based, they do dissolve quite differently from stabilized tablets, and they must be used following the label directions, especially concerning the method of application, to get the intended results.
