The pole thickness is 1.2 mm and measure 1" in diameter. These wire shelf support poles come with four top poles and four bottom poles. The top pole has a pole cap and pole connector pre-installed. The bottom pole has insert and feet leveler pre-installed. Use pole connectors to screw the top pole and the bottom pole together to form the final 71" length pole. Adjustable feet leveler for uneven floor. These poles fit on wire shelves with 1" shelf collar only. Use these wire shelf support poles to customize or create your own shelving units to fit your personal needs. Sold in set of 4.

Exactly what you are looking at this review for is what i did. it worked beautifully. Just like big name shelving poles
We bought some shelves on Craigslist that were missing poles. I searched and searched for inexpensive poles to complete my shelves. There was a large range in prices and these were much much less expensive than some I was seeing so it made me nervous to order. Obviously, I did take a chance - it worked out well - these poles are sturdy and you can trust they are well-made just like the ones you might find from a big manufacturer. All the little plastic pieces were there. They have been up for a while now, and absolutely no issues.
