Awesome laptop, I like the specs, the looks and style are great, the light up keyboard is awesome, it feels very quality, I was not sure if I was going to like the style, the speaker are above the keyboard, the sound is great, also its great the speakers are on the top instead of the underside, its very fast, the combination of everything make this laptop awesome, of course Microsoft's crap is the only bad part, HP did an awesome job on this laptop, the speed and performance is awesome, I am extremely satisfied with the laptop, the seller and Walmart, the only issue I had was receiving it when I was supposed too, UPS screwed up, it was horrible the way UPS handled this, I had to sign for the delivery, I was home the first day, UPS had an excuse why it couldn't be the day I was supposed to receive it, the next day it was supposed to be delivered for some reason after 2 PM, once again I was at home, 11:35 AM, UPS claims they knocked at my door, this was way before the time posted, they never knocked, there was no slip, I called UPS and they didnt seem to care
