This laptop is not capable of being upgraded for RAM. It came with only 8 GB of RAM and that is soldered to the motherboard. If you want a very fast laptop for getting online and surfing the web and office work this could be your answer if you are looking at less than $500 for a laptop, We returned this one due to the keyboard back lighting ceased to work and the fact that the DDR 5 memory could not be increased.

Its ok but overpriced for the limited features it has. Also note the RAM cannot be upgraded so you are stuck with the 8GB it comes with. It also lacks extra ports such as an SD slot. USB ports are limited as well, three are reported but one is internal and used by the wifi module, not sure if the two external ports are USB 3.0 as in my test just the internal USB port used by the wifi module is. Also does not have a touchscreen. However it is fast and responsive in Windows 11 Home and with in testing a later install of MS Office 2021. I was able to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro easily. Note that the installed Windows 11 Home is using an OEM license so you may need to remove it first before using another OEM or Retail key.
