Laptop came on time and came new as expected! Not the seller's fault, but the laptop has a couple of keys that squeak at times and the fan will make a high pitched whine when on idle, however it is easy to control fan noise with this model, so that isn't too big of a concern unless you get easily annoyed by sounds like that. Those type of things are most likely bad quality control by HP. Overall, great purchase and would recommend this laptop!
