Disappointed

Would never order this computer from this company. This computer was sold as a new computer with no description at all indicating it was refurnished. After owning the computer for 2 weeks which was right outside the return policy it keeps freezing up. After checking the warranty and registering it we find out the warranty was registered 6 months prior to our purchase date therefore indicating it was previously owned! Very disappointed at the least. This was my daughter's Christmas present and we feel like we were totally taken advantage of.
