HP E24 G4 FHD Monitor 23.8" FHD (1920 x 1080) 50-60 Hz

Monitor was working great for a while! But then I bought a stand for my laptop because my neck was angling wrong which caused me to have the need to adjust the monitor here and there (height and angle, which is literally what it's made to do). Mind you, I Bought this back between Feb/March 2022 so it's only been about 3.5-4 months and within the last 30 days it's been glitching..turning off when I adjust the screen or if my foot ~barely~ touches the power cable. It also makes a sizzling sound when I jiggle it to make it work again. I emailed the seller because 1. I paid nearly $300 for this and it should not be glitching already and 2. I wanted to see if they knew any fixes, and their response was they do not offer refunds after 30 days, literally nothing more or less. No “hi”, no “thanks for contacting us” Nothing... No where in my email did I say I wanted a refund or exchange. I wanted to know if their was a way to fix this. Bottom line, avoid this seller and stick with Best Buy or other known brands cause these little side companies won't help if your expensive equipment/electronics start to break within one year of you purchasing from them. It's not worth it.
