I bought this over a month ago for my personal use. It's easy to set up. Battery life is good, and it lasts a long time. The touch screen works perfectly. I haven't had any issues with it yet. The mouse is functioning well. I still have my old HP Windows 10; I used it for 5 years. The issue I have is the battery.

Love it as a Laptop, too Heavy as a Tablet

My biggest complaint is that the laptop is a bit too heavy when folded in tablet mode to be held one handed. With the keypad it is a bit difficult to find handholds in the folded position as well.
