I bought on Black Friday deal for my daughter to use for home and school because she keeps on using my desk top HP computer and I never can get on my with her using it. HOT ITEM .. . . literally!

The underside gets exceptionally hot when in use. I had an Acer Chromebook, which I loved, but it malfunctioned after much use and several years, so am giving this one a try. I like the size, weight but due to the keys all being in black, I cannot see the letter/number/symbols on the keys easily. My Acer was white and easier to navigate. So, except for the difficulty in reading the keys and the OVERHEATING, I guess it is the price that dictates quality (or lack thereof). Mine stays on a cookie cooling wire rack to ensure it does not catch fire. This is a major concern and presents a challenge for storage. I have reached out to customer service but to no avail.
