Item received was NOT the same as described

The one i received is made of cheap, unfinished wood (such low quality that it's dented and scratched) that would certainly be destroyed after getting wet once, it did not have a metal screen holding the pieces in place as shown, and it looks completely different than the item shown on the product page. I wouldn't mind it being different than advertised but this is literally garbage.
